We take care of the tenants reservations, issues, manages the rental calendar, advertising, contact with service personnel. To have a property on RENTINSPAIN.EU website is free of charge.
When RENTINSPAIN.EU makes a rental of your property we charge a booking fee, it is regulated by the cooperation agreement, both parties sign.
